Staying true to our roots

THE GARDEN
Grand Rapids, Michigan
We believe the farm to table boom is more of a return to America's culinary roots than a journey into bold new territory. The chefs at Blue Water have been cooking with fresh produce from our lakeside garden since we opened in 2002. It just felt like the right thing to do. The footprint of our garden continues to expand, with new items added each year. The yield from this year's garden should be the largest and most diverse yet–which is good news for our guests.
