Gilmore Collection will reduce our carbon foot print for

entire weekend by turning off the lights, serving Sustainable
Food
and beverage by candlelight and featuring only non-amplified
live
Music in all of our Restaurants.
This
new event is one of the many
initiatives the Gilmore Collection has taken in the past several years
to buy Locally, and use Organic
products when ever possible.
