Hospitality & Safety Team



Our Hospitality and Safety team provide our first wave of hospitality to entering guests, and our final stamp of excellence on the quality of their experience as they exit. Our team prides themselves on working together with the venues in the building to create seamless and exceptionally positive experiences for guests - from the friendliness of the door greeting to the final farewell and encouragement to return, and every moment in between. Hospitality and Safety maintain our atmosphere, ensure safety, and promote our brand through their expert and diplomatic handling of all situations.

Basic Characteristics:
• Extreme hospitality, energy, focus.
• Excellent communicator, verbal and written.
• Diplomatic problem solver, confident to assist in resolving issues in a collaborative manner.
• Guest oriented, confident.
• Excellent work ethic, works well on a team, readily receives direction.
• Skilled at assessing intoxication, good math skills.
• Knowledge of area attractions and conveniences.

Basic Schedule:
Nights (late), Weekends, Events

Compensation:
$10 - $12 per hour, benefits options (paid vacation, insurance options, food and beverage discounts)

Job Description
Hospitality Liaison



Our Hospitality Liaison serves in a key role on our Guest Services team, as our emissary to all building guests during our busiest times. Our Liaison coordinates between management and guests, enhances the flow of business through the building, engages with guests to build rapport and relationships, problem-solves, assists guests in crafting a perfect evening, and promotes our brand and our reputation for hospitality. Solid experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightclubs, events is preferred.

Basic Tasks:
• Greet guests in lobbies and at doors. • Walk the lines during waiting times, engage guests in conversation, assist them in planning their evening.
• Assess guests for potential intoxication issues - communicate.
• Assist event and bottle service guests by expediting their entry and ensuring their experience gets off to a smooth start.
• Step in to help and offer suggestions if there are misunderstandings, or a guest is disappointed.
• Enhance our reputation for extreme hospitality.

Basic Schedule:
Nights (late), Weekends, Events

Compensation:
$12 - $15 per hour, advancement opportunities, benefits options (paid vacation, insurance options, food and beverage discounts)
