The Big Old Building opened its doors, it didn’t take long for Grand
Rapid’s most discerning palates to discover Judson’s Steakhouse.
Heralding the arrival of a great steakhouse on par with the best in the
nation, the stature of Judson’s was rapidly elevated to a local
icon for steak lovers. Judson’s top-quality steaks are aged and
seasoned to perfection. A specialty is the house 18-ounce USDA prime New
York Strip, aged 30 days to ensure maximum tenderness.
Other house specialties include the flavorful filet mignon stuffed with boursin and goat cheese, or the blackened Kansas City steak served with haystack onions. Desserts are also fabulous and are made in-house.
Judson’s has also received the prestigious “Award of Excellence” twice from Wine Spectator Magazine. Judson’s wine list covers the gamut from very affordable domestics to one of a kind reserves and a selection of the best of Bordeaux & American Meritage vintages.
The setting is as comfortable as it is elegant. In this white linen restaurant, diners find themselves surrounded by fine art, soothing colors and smooth tunes. Judson’s goal remains to exceed the expectations of its guests by delivering the little extra touches.
