Mangiamo! Event Contract

Thank you for choosing Mangiamo! for your special event. Please notify us of any unique needs or
special requests regarding your experience here and we will do our very best to accommodate them.
The following holds for all private or corporate events that schedule food or beverage service within Mangiamo!

Banquet rooms and outdoor events are reserved through the main office with either Chris West or Christine Vos.

All arrangements for menus and other details must be finalized at least 10 days prior to your event.

All food & beverage sales are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 19% gratuity.

Please note that in accordance with heath department codes, all perishable food will be removed after 2½ hours.

All bars will close at 12:00am. All Federal, State and Local laws with regard to food and
beverage purchases and consumption are adhered to strictly. We appreciate your cooperation.

Upper room rental is a part of food and beverage prices. If the following minimums in food
and beverage combined are not met, the remaining amount will be charged as a room rental.
Sunday-Thursday: $400 • Friday-Saturday: $700
No additional fee is charged. No deposit is required, however a credit card number will
be necessary to hold the reservation. Parties which cancel with less than 24 hours notice
will be charged $20 per anticipated guest on this card.

Mangiamo! is not liable for items lost, left or damaged at our location.

Mangiamo! has availability for private functions in several rooms. The rooms are reserved based on
function size estimates given at the time of your initial booking. Should the number of guests in any
of the events occurring the same day change appreciably, Mangiamo reserves the right to conduct your
event in the most appropriate sized room, even if it is not the room originally booked for your event.

Mangiamo! does not allow anything to be hung on painted wall surfaces. If damage
is done to the property, your credit card will be charged to cover repair costs.

Any type of alcoholic beverages brought into the establishment must be anticipated by
Mangiamo! managers and may be subject to certain additional charges, corkage fees, etc.

Mangiamo! reserves the right to review and adjust any price quotations
issued more than 60 days prior to the date of your scheduled event.

Please contact our office at least two weeks prior to the date of your event with your complete
menu selection and room set up needs. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least
7 days prior to your event. Please notify a manager if this is a foreseeable problem.

Unusual or labor intensive room set ups may warrant additional labor charges.
