Gilmore Collection has many options throughout its entire restaurant collection
to accommodate every type of need to every type of style. With accommodations
on the lakeshore as well as in Grand Rapids, The Gilmore Collection has
just about anything you are looking for. From intimate to expansive, we
offer the best in food quality and service on any level. We
offer off-site catering to just about anywhere you are, or you want to
be. We have catered to Fredrick Meijer Gardens, Van Andel Institute, DeVos
Place, and many other places in the area. We can cater to your house,
your office, or to a park for 25 people or more. We offer a full range
menu items from the finest steaks and fish to hotdogs and bratwursts.
What ever you are looking for, we can do. If you are looking to get our
great wood-fired pizzas at home but are worried about traveling with them,
not to worry. We will bring the wood-fired oven to you. The Gilmore Collection
has a wood-fired pizza cart that we can bring to any backyard party, Halloween
party, or office party and make your favorite pizzas right in front of
you. You pick the toppings, we make the pizza. It's easy and fun.
If you're looking for space near the lakeshore
try The Kirby House. The Kirby House features many options for banquets
and conferences. As a staple in the Grand Haven downtown community, the
Kirby House offers the best food in the Lakeshore area. The Kirby House
is the second largest building in The Gilmore Collection and has banquet
and meeting facilities that can seat an intimate party of ten or a wedding
reception of 130 people. The recently
constructed wine cellar offers private dining for up to 24 people. The
cellar is perfect for small holiday parties, family dinners, or pharmaceutical
meetings with speakers. It is located in the basement of the Kirby House.
The Harbor Room is located on the main level of the Kirby House and overlooks
the Grand Haven channel. This room has three large garage
doors that open up in the summer to make the room open air. It can accommodate
up to 60 people and works great for business meetings, rehearsal dinners,
or holiday parties.
