  The Blue Water Grill, located on Versluis Lake, draws its architectural inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s "Falling Water." The expansive views and open kitchen are anchored by a large limestone fireplace and local artistic flare. During the warmer months the Blue Water Grill is showcased through its large outdoor bar and patio featuring fresh drinks and grilled cuisine.  In the winter enjoy the large stone fire place centered in our dining area while stealing snow covered veiws of the lake and the surrounding countryside. 

When dining at Blue Water Grill, guests are treated to a variety of fresh seafood, smoked meats and crisp salads prepared with only the finest ingredients. Try the delicate pan seared walleye with lemon caper mayo, the slow roasted prime rib with garlic whipped potatoes, the ahi tuna salad or one of our wood-fired pizzas.
